About Me
I am Lucy, mum of 2 boys who have kept me on my toes since 2011. I have been supporting families for nearly 11 years.
When my first baby came along I would attend various breastfeeding clinics with my group of newly found mum friends. This led to me training as a Peer Supporter with the Association of Breastfeeding Mothers and I began volunteering at my local NHS run clinic. Soon after this I qualified as a Breastfeeding Counsellor, volunteering on the National Breastfeeding Helpline and then went on to take the IBCLC exam in 2021 after I had gathered the required 1000+ hours of clinical support.

My passion is supporting families to feel confident in their choices, to make informed decisions and to ultimately get to a place where they can relax and enjoy their baby. Sometimes that is just reassurance that they are doing everything right and sometimes it is a more in-depth journey to get to that place but together we will work out a plan that fits you and your family.

Full disclaimer - the toddler in this picture is now 11 and nearly as tall as me and my hair is now mainly silver not brown - that's 11 years with 2 boys for you!
